FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie crust
Enough fresh blueberries to fill pie crust PLUS additional 4 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
1 c. water

In a large saucepan combine arrowroot, water, honey, and 4 cups fresh blueberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in rest of fresh blueberries. Pour mixture into pie plate containing baked pie crust. Chill until serving time. If desired, serve with whipped cream, vanilla yogurt, or ice cream.
