SOUP DUMPLING (BEEF) 
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. & 1/2 of 1/3 c. cream of wheat

Cream butter and eggs together by hand. Put cream of wheat in and mix well (dough is soft). Let stand for 5 minutes. Take a spoon (teaspoon) and make it wet then put the mixture on the spoon and drop in boiling water for 15 minutes. (Don't cover.) Then turn off heat and pour 1 cup of cold water in pan. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. These double in size so put in a good size pan.
