CHICKEN AND RICE 
6-8 pieces chicken (legs/thighs) or 4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/4 cans water
2 1/4 c. Minute Rice
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 cans drained mushrooms (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

In a 13x9 pan, mix all but chicken in pan. Place chicken in pan on top of mixture. Spoon a little mixture on chicken. Bake 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
