FRIED FRUIT PIES 
2 cans biscuits
21 oz. can cherry or blueberry pie filling
Powdered sugar

In deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan heat about 1 quart oil to 350 degrees. Separate 2 cans of biscuits into 20 biscuits; press or foil each to a 4 inch circle. Use a 21 ounce can cherry or blueberry pie filling. Place 1 teaspoon pie filling on each circle. Fold dough over filling and seal edges well with fork. Fry pies in oil about 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm. Makes 20 pies.
