STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms
1 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp. melted butter
Salt & pepper

Wash mushrooms, remove stems and chop fine. Mix stems, bread crumbs, onions, parsley, melted butter, salt and pepper. Fill the caps with the stuffing and bake in a greased casserole at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
