SANDY'S TRULY DIFFERENT CUPCAKES 
2 sticks butter
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 tsp. butter flavor extract
1-1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. unsifted flour
1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt in double boiler, butter and semi-sweet chocolate. Add butter flavor and nut; set aside. In mixing bowl put flour, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Add chocolate mixture and mix.

Fill cupcake tins or wrappers 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Yield 18.
