BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
CREAM MIXTURE:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream together cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Set aside.

CAKE BATTER:

1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
Chopped nuts

Mix together the ingredients for the batter except for nuts. Put batter in cup cake pans, drop 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture in CENTER of each and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
