LEMON BARS 
1 pudding recipe lemon cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Blend together cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly - reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture. Bake for 15 minutes more. Cool and cut.
