LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 yellow cake mix with pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly, reserve 1 cup and pat remaining mixture into ungreased pan, 13"x9"x2". Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
