ANY FRUIT COFFEE CAKE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. orange juice
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can fruit or 2 c. fresh fruit

Beat eggs well. Add sugar and cream well. Add oil and orange juice. In another bowl combine flour, powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread fruit over batter. Sprinkle nuts over fruit. Combine sugar and cinnamon and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Drizzle powdered sugar frosting over top while still warm.
