CANNED STRAWBERRIES 
9 qt. berries
5 c. sugar
1 c. instant Clear Jell
1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry Kool-Aid
1 tsp. salt

Clean and chop berries as for shortcake or fresh use. Mix sugar, Clear Jell, Kool-Aid and salt together. Mix well. Add to strawberries and mix together. Put in jars and cold pack for 10 minutes.

Is good to use on cake, dessert, etc.
