LEMON BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
Dash salt
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine first four ingredients. Press into 12 x 7 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly. Combine last four ingredients. Pour on top of crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
