HOLIDAY AMBROSIA 
6 medium oranges, peeled and sliced
1 c. pitted dates, cut in halves lengthwise
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. fresh grated orange peel

In glass compote or serving dish, arrange alternate layers of orange slices, dates and coconut; chill. Combine sour cream, sugar and 1 teaspoon orange peel; chill. Serve over fruit, sprinkled with remaining orange peel.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Note: It is easiest to grate peel from whole orange before peeling and slicing.
