GLAZED FRUITED CHICKEN 
1 jar (29 oz.) fruits for salad
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. (7 oz.) herb stuffing
1 broiler fryer chicken, cut in parts
1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper
1 jar (12 oz.) orange marmalade

Drain fruit; set aside. Reserve 2/3 cup liquid. Stir reserved liquid into mayonnaise. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture boils; add stuffing. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with additional mayonnaise. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Melt marmalade. Arrange fruit around chicken. Brush on marmalade. Bake 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4.
