HAMBURGER PIE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 onions, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. Bisquick
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
Paprika

Combine 1 cup Bisquick and milk. Knead 10 times. Roll to fit 9 inch pie pan. Crimp edges.

Saute onions in oil. Add beef, brown slightly. Stir in salt, pepper, catsup and 2 tablespoons Bisquick. Spread in dough lined pan. Blend eggs with cottage cheese and pour over meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. Good with tossed salad.
