HAMBURGER SPECIALTY OF THE HOUSE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 to 3 cloves garlic (to taste)
2 c. sliced raw potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) can & 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 med. size onions, chopped or sliced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown beef in oil in fry pan; puree tomatoes in blender and add to meat with garlic, potatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove garlic; add onions and Worcestershire sauce. Uncover and continue cooking 15 minutes or until onions are cooked. Stir occasionally. Yield: 4 servings.
