SHERRY POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 yellow Duncan Hines cake mix (non-pudding mix) 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 3/4 c. cooking oil 3/4 c. sherry 4 eggs 1 tsp. nutmeg 3 tsp. poppy seeds Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Mix all ingredients. Pour into pan and bake 50-60 minutes until cake springs back when touched. Cool; remove from pan and sprinkle top with powdered sugar. |
