WINE POUND CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix and 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding OR Pillsbury's yellow cake with pudding
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. poppy seeds
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sherry wine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 lg. eggs

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 2 loaf pans or angel food cake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. (For 5 mini-loaf pans, bake 35 to 40 minutes.) Turn onto cooling rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Keeps best if wrapped and refrigerated. Great gift - bake in mini-loaf pans.
