CALIFORNIA POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE 
1 (1 lb. 2 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. cream sherry
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. poppy seed
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients, add all others and beat about 5 minutes, until well blended. Pour into well greased bundt pan (or angel food) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Allow to completely cool before removing from pan.
