POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. poppy seeds, soaked for 10 minutes in 1 c. water
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. pkg. instant butterscotch pudding

Beat all ingredients together for 10 minutes. Pour into greased 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sauce.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook over medium heat.
