POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE | |
1 (2 layer size) box yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. cream sherry 1 sm. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/3 c. poppy seed Put all ingredients in mixer bowl, beat at medium speed on electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove and cool completely on wire rack. |
