POTATOES ROMANOFF 
6 lg. potatoes
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. green onion, finely chopped
Dash of salt, pepper, and paprika

Boil potatoes, unpeeled, then shred. Add sour cream, grated cheese, onions, and seasonings. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
