APPLE CINNAMON SALAD 
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. (6 oz.) red hots
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. sweetened applesauce (use kind with less juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve red hots in hot water over low heat. Dissolve well. Add lemon Jello. Stir to dissolve. Add applesauce. Pour 1/2 of mixture into 8 x 8 x 2 inch dish. Chill until set. Mix cream cheese, nuts, and celery. Add mayonnaise. Spread cream cheese mixture over set Jello. Cover with other 1/2 of Jello. Let set well.
