TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
6 tbsp. butter
14 oz. pkg. Kraft caramels
Container ready made chocolate frosting

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Grease and lightly flour a 9x13 inch pan. Pour half of the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 18 minutes.

While cake is baking, combine caramels, milk, and butter and cook until caramels are melted. When cake is baked, pour caramel mixture over the top. Then sprinkle with pecans. Then sprinkle chocolate chips over pecans. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cool, you may frost, if desired. Cut into small squares. Very rich.
