TURTLE CAKE | |
1 German chocolate cake mix 14 oz. caramels 3/4 c. butter 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped Mix cake according to directions. Pour half the batter in 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake 15 minutes. Melt caramels, butter and milk. Pour over hot cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Pour remaining cake batter on top. Bake 20 minutes. |
