TURKEY - SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor stuffing mix
2 c. diced cooked turkey
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

2. In a saucepan mix spinach, half of the soup, water, butter and contents of vegetable/seasoning packet from stuffing mix. Bring to a boil, separating spinach with a fork. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.

3. Add stuffing crumbs; stir just to moisten. Spoon into 9 inch square baking dish. Arrange turkey or stuffing. Stir in milk with remaining soup; pour over turkey.

4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until hot. Serves 6.
