TURKEY-SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) chopped spinach 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery or mushroom soup 1 c. water 1/4 c. butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken) 2 c. diced cooked turkey 1/3 c. milk 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. chopped onion Heat oven to 400 degrees. In saucepan, mix spinach, half of the soup, water, butter and contents of vegetable/seasoning packet from stuffing mix. Bring to a boil, separating spinach with a fork. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. |
