VEGETABLE POCKET 
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Mushrooms
1/2 pita bread
1 oz. Cheddar cheese

Cut up fresh vegetables in small pieces. Microwave for 2 minutes until they are still crunchy but done. Warm up the pita bread; put the vegetables in the pita. Cut the cheese up in slices and put on top of vegetables. Microwave for 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
