1 carrot 1 stalk of celery Cauliflower Broccoli Mushrooms 1/2 pita bread 1 oz. Cheddar cheese Cut up fresh vegetables in small pieces. Microwave for 2 minutes until they are still crunchy but done. Warm up the pita bread; put the vegetables in the pita. Cut the cheese up in slices and put on top of vegetables. Microwave for 45 seconds or until cheese is melted. |
