PARMESAN STUFFED TOMATOES 
10 tomatoes
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup diced onion
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Enough pepperidge farm stuffing mix to give a sooth consistency

Cut off top of tomatoes. Scoop out and put in blender until smooth. Add all other ingredients and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
