CHERRY TOMATOES (STUFFED) 
Scoop inside out of tomatoes with a grapefruit knife; invert, drain on paper towels. Use following fillings:

CHEESE FILLING:

1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. (each) chives, mayonnaise
1 tsp. dill weed

EGG FILLING:

4 minced hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp. (each) vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

CHICKEN FILLING:

5 1/2 oz. can chopped boned chicken
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt

HAM FILLING:

1 c. ground fully-cooked ham (ground at meat dept.)
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 finely chopped scallion
