SPINACH BALLS | |
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked as directions on box & drained 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing stuffing 2 med. onions, grated 3/4 c. melted butter 3/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. accent 3 eggs, beaten To the cooked and drained spinach. Add stuffing, butter, eggs and seasonings. Mix well. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Shape into small balls and bake on a well greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Very taste! |
