LOBSTER PASTA SAUCE 
2 lobsters
1/2 c. olive oil
2 bunches parsley
2 med. onions
3 lg. can crushed tomatoes
8 c. water
Ground black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. or more should be spicy

Kill lobster by the most humane method, which is to plunge a sharp knife through the back just behind the eyes, then plunge immediately into boiling water.

After 6 minutes, put olive oil, parsley, onion and black pepper in same pot over medium heat. Turn frequently until lobsters turn red. Add tomatoes; simmer at medium heat 1/2 hour until it is medium thick consistency.

Remove the lobsters and shell; return meat to the pot with any juice from the lobsters. Simmer 5 minutes.

Serve over thin spaghetti.

I love Martha Stewart's way of cooking lobster. She boils it using a little vodka in the water as she thinks the lobster should have a little fun on his way out.
