CAULIFIORE INDORATI SIDE DISH 
1 lg. cauliflower, cut into florets
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, mixed well
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. corn oil

Use 2 quart pot, place in cauliflower, and cover with water. Cover pot and cook for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside. Take eggs and add salt, garlic, cheese, and parsley. Mix well. Place bread crumbs onto flat dish. Use a 10 inch fry pan, place in the oil and heat to medium-low. Take cauliflower, dip into egg mixture, roll in bread crumbs and brown in fry pan. Repeat until all florets are done. Serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
