CAULIFLOWER SIDE DISH 
Large cauliflower
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 (5 oz.) glasses Kraft Old English Cheese Spread
1/4 lb. (or less) butter

Clean cauliflower and separate into flowerettes. Pre-cook cauliflower until barely tender. Spread cauliflower in a greased shallow baking dish. Spread soup on top. Glop cheese spread on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until cheese melts and everything is heated through.
