BAKED BASS 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed crackers
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 bass fillets

Melt butter in 9"x13" baking dish. Mix together next 6 ingredients. Dip fish in cracker batter, breading both sides. Place in baking dish and sprinkle extra crumbs over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. To test fish, flake with fork. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

I used hot crackers that I had made to dip the fish, did not add the salt and broiled the fish for about five minutes to brown. Excellent and easy.
