GOOD GREEN BEANS | |
1 lb. green beans 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 clove garlic Salt & pepper 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Cook green beans until just tender. Do not overcook. Drain. Cut clove in half and saute in skillet with oil. Remove garlic and add beans. Cook for another minute or two. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve. |
