BEEF MARINADE 
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice

Mix together. Cover meat (chateaubrand 2-3 pounds works well) with marinade and chill several hours. Drain off liquid and allow meat to come to room temperature before grilling.
