POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 1 stick butter, melted 8 oz. carton sour cream 1 med. size onion, diced 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 c. crushed corn flakes Thaw potatoes, mix all of the above. Cover with grated American cheese. Cover with layer of crushed corn flakes. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
