CARAMEL BARS 
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 bags Kraft caramels
1 1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt caramels with milk. Mix butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Pat 1/2 crumb mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle chocolate chips over. Put melted caramel over this. Add rest of crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Grease pan well.
