ICE CREAM BARS 
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
2 sticks butter
2 jars caramel sauce

Mix sugar, flour, pecans, oats and butter. Pat on a cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and crumble mixture with fork. Put half the crumbs in the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Drizzle one jar or caramel syrup over crumbs. Cover with soft ice cream, spread remaining crumbs on top. Drizzle remaining caramel syrup over top. Freeze. Cut into bars to serve.
