BAZOOKA ICE CREAM BARS | |
1 pt. vanilla or chocolate ice cream in an oblong container 6 popsicle sticks 6 chocolate sandwich cookies 42 miniature marshmallows 1. Place the cookies in a plastic bag. Let the air out of the bag, loosely close the bag. 2. With a rolling pin, roll over the cookies until they are crushed. Place the cookie crumbs on a piece of waxed paper. 3. Cut the ice cream into 6 equal bars. 4. Insert a popsicle stick into each bar. 5. Roll the ice cream bars in the cookie crumbs. 6. Decorate with the miniature marshmallows to make a face (2 for the eyes, 1 for a nose, 4 for a mouth). 7. Place Bazooka Ice Cream Bars on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer until you are ready to serve them. Makes 6. |
