NUTTY ICE CREAM BARS 
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2-1 c. nuts

Mix together. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir until cool and crumbly. 1/2 in 9 x 13 inch pan and 1/2 jar caramel ice cream topping. 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream. 1/2 jar caramel topping. Top with rest of crumbs.
