ICE CREAM BARS | |
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 8 oz. chocolate syrup OR other topping 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. melted butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 1 c. oatmeal Mix butter, brown sugar, flour and oatmeal in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown and crumbly. Save half of crumbs, spread rest of crumbs in bottom of pan. Slice ice cream and put on top crumbs in pan. Sprinkle with rest of crumbs; pour on topping. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze until ready to serve. |
