CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
Dash nutmeg
1 (8") unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl with wire whisk or fork, beat eggs slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients except pie crust until well blended. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Makes 6-8 servings.
