CHICKEN SUPREME 
4-5 whole chicken breasts
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 lb. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing mix
Butter

Cook chicken; skin and debone then cut into pieces. Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Place chicken and rest of ingredients in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with a thick layer of stuffing mix and dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Enjoy!
