ALPINE SUPREME CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 c. water
2 c. cubed stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted

Split chicken breasts and lay in 6 x 10 inch baking dish. Place slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Mix soup with water and pour over chicken and cheese. Mix stuffing mix with butter and sprinkle over rest of ingredients in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. One hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.
