BREAD PUDDING | |
1/4 c. soft butter 1 sm. instant pudding 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs 3 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2/3 c. coconut 1/2 c. raisins 1 tsp. vanilla 8 slices bread Cream butter, pudding, and cinnamon together. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add milk, raisins, pineapple, coconut and vanilla. Fold in bread. Bake in ungreased 2-quart casserole dish or 8 x 8-inch pan set in water at 325 degrees for 1 3/4 hour. |
