BOURBON BAKED BEANS 
3 (16 oz.) cans baked beans
1 med. onion, diced
3 slices bacon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 - 1/2 c. bourbon (depending on taste for bourbon)
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan. Saute onion in bacon drippings. Add crumbled bacon and rest of ingredients. Mix well and pour into casserole dish. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 325 degrees or until hot and bubbly.
