BOURBON BAKED BEANS 
5 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
2 cans (16 oz. size) baked beans, drained
1/2 green pepper, seeded & chopped
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. hickory smoke barbecue sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar packed
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. bourbon

Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 12 hours. (High setting for 2 to 3 hours.) Stir quite often.

Serves 6 to 8. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.

Double recipe for larger crowd.
