KRUMKAKE 
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Combine beaten eggs, sugar (beat well). Add melted butter, flour and vanilla. Using Krumkake iron that has been washed and very lightly greased, heat over medium on stove until hot. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture on center of iron. Close iron and cook for a few seconds and check. Turn iron and cook a few more seconds. Should be golden brown when done. Take off iron and roll or cover and remove.
